I prefer Netscape but my neighbor prefers Explorer.</font></small></p> <p><small><font face="Arial">What you will notice different is that websites actually have animations and sounds. Most website pages can now be viewed in multiple framed windows. This permits faster loading of pages where the table of contents or buttons are identical for each subsequent page.  It also provides for a unique way of cross-referencing and retrieving information.
