Good News for the Pennsylvania Hostel Network

The Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks is renewing the leases for the Youth Hostel Program in Tyler State Park, Newton Pa, Bucks County and Iron Master's Mansion in Pine Grove Furnace State Park, Cumberland County.  These two youth hostels are managed by the Council and are very important to the regional community for youth education.  Please join us in thanking the Bureau of State Parks for continuing the legacy of hostelling in Pennsylvania for all.  E-mail: PA State Parks

Budget Travel Seminars: Travel Seminars are designed to assist first time and limited experience travelers with preparation for travel.  This Seminar provides you with helpful information about Hostelling, reservations, safety, packing, currency, and general know before you go info.  Call Travel Center for Reservations at: 215-925-6004

Seminars will be conducted on the following Saturdays from 2-4 pm.
April 12th               May 3rd               June 7th

Volunteers Needed: We are hosting the Eastern Region Meeting of HI USA the weekend of April 25th -27th, 2008.  If you are interested in assisting the Council with hosting, please contact the office: 215-925-6005     ayh@hi-dvc.org
