The Pennsylvania Bureau of State Parks is granting us another 10 year lease for the youth hostel, contingent upon us raising the money and making a commitment to bring the property compliant to the current Pennsylvania Labor and Industry Standards.  As many of you know, for historical buildings this can be a challenge, but we are confident that with you help we can get the job done.  The youth hostel will remain operational during the restoration and renovations project.  The project cost estimate is $125,000 and will start January 2010 and will take approximately three years to complete.
